Kyle T. Kievit, Esq.

Kyle is a graduate of Marshall University where he earned a B.B.A. in accounting in 1978.   He earned his J.D. from Stetson College of Law in 1981. He is a member of the bar in both New Jersey and Florida.

He has extensive experience as a trial attorney and has represented many clients in personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability cases. He has represented clients before the Superior Court, Appellate Division and Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Since 2000, Kyle has focused his practice on estate planning and asset preservation.  He has earned a certificate in Estate Planning from Temple Law School.

Kyle has helped hundreds of clients with their estate planning needs.   He makes complicated tax matters easy to understand.   He helps clients design plans that protect family members and preserve assets.
